Cancellation Policy

Refer to your Contract/Service Agreement for complete details.


We require 72 hours notice either by phone (call or text) at 812.250.9660 or 812.682.7851 or by email at dentonsvcs@gmail.com in order to cancel your scheduled appointment.


WITHIN 72 HOURS

For cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled service, a $50 fee will be charged. This applies to business hours including all major holidays. 


WITHIN 24 HOURS

For cancellations within 24 hours of service, the full cost of services scheduled will be charged. 


If we are unable to gain access to the service location, no matter the reason for the inaccessibility, the full cost of scheduled services will be charged. 


CANCELING A SCHEDULED CLEANING

Late notice canceled appointments result in scheduling inefficiencies and lost employee hours. Advance cancellation notice keeps our schedules consistent, which in turn keeps our company in business. Please give at least two weeks or more notice when canceling an appointment. 


Your fee is based on the revolving service plan chosen. When a cleaning appointment is canceled more time is required on the next visit. 


Canceled cleaning appointments for any reason will be assessed a fee to cover additional time and work needed on your next scheduled service date. 


Whether due to your request, inclement weather, or a holiday, when you are scheduled on a different day, your next service appointment will take place on your regular assigned day. It will not default to the new day or week of the rescheduled cleaning, whether the change was implemented by you or us. 


CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER/INOPERABLE CONDITIONS

If your cleaner is already on-site and a power failure occurs, emergency plumbing issues arise, or an act of nature occurs, we will not be held liable to return or complete the work or reduce our cleaning fee. 


If we are unable to gain access to the service location on your cleaning day, not matter the reason for inaccessibility, a full cleaning fee will be charged. 


CONTRACT | SERVICE AGREEMENT CANCELATION

We require 60 days written notice to cancel your revolving Contract/Service Plan/Service Agreement.

  • If you wish to cancel your Service Agreement without 60 days written notice you will be charged full service fee for all appointments left on your Contract/Service Agreement. At-Will/Month-to-Month customers/clients who wish to cancel services without 60 days written notice will incur a charge equal to 60 days worth of services due upon termination.

Acceptance of this clause is considered automatic if client/customer does not notify us in writing by email prior to intial/first clean.
